Parking
There's parking outside TG Gym and Wellness and once you enter the main doors go past the office and tanning desk on the right and turn left. It is then the second open door on the right. You will enter a waiting area and The Recovery Lounge is in the corner of this with a sign outside.
-

Door access
You will be sent a code in your text appointment reminder, please keep this ready for your session. The lock is coded entry (not fingerprint), please tap the main part of the keypad to wake it up (not the button at the top). Once all numbers appear, type in your code. Then press # The door will say ‘unlocked’. Please ensure you close both the entry door and sauna door on arrival and departure.

Sauna Introduction
The sauna will be preprogrammed to start at your appointment time. Please feel free to arrive five minutes earlier to get ready, set your music/netflix/youtube, or just settle down to relax.
Please help yourself to a towel and place on the bench to sit on (or feel free to bring your own). If you could pop that in the laundry basket after use. We ask you to please wear underwear/swimwear for your session.
You will find that the sauna lights and heat will vary throughout the treatment. Each program has been scientifically designed to achieve the best results with varying use of far/mid/near infrared, and this is completely normal. The sauna is working as it should so relax and enjoy your treatment. Feel free to adjust the Chromotherapy colours using the remote (please leave this outside the sauna during your session). Please do not change any of the upcoming bookings on the main screen as a preheat may start after your session ends, so don’t be alarmed if a sauna session starts after your time has just finished.

Accessibility
At Recovery Lounge, we aim to make our services as accessible and inclusive as possible. Our infrared sauna is set up as a self-serve experience, and the sauna room itself is compact, which may limit wheelchair access and turning space.
We encourage any guests with mobility or accessibility needs to get in touch before booking. This allows us to:
Check room measurements against your wheelchair dimensions
Understand any assistance you may require
Advise you honestly about what is feasible and safe
While the space may not be suitable for all mobility needs, we are committed to making reasonable adjustments wherever possible and ensuring you have clear information before your visit.
